Low Country Shrimp Boil

2 Bags of Zataran's, 5 lbs shrimp, 3-4 lbs potatoes, corn on the cob and Conecuh Sausage.

Bring the water to a boil (212 F), add the zataran's and potatoes boil for 10 minutes, add sausage and boil for 15 minutes, add corn and boil for 5 minutes and add shrimp and boil 5 - 10 minutes.

You will usually see this feast spread on newspaper.  Thanks to Chris Vardaman, we now know that sprinkling a little water on a flat service will hold wax paper in place, so we used that instead.  As with most things, butter makes it better!!

Our FAT NASTY of the night was a chocolate bundt cake with whipped chocolate icing.
