Each year at Christmas everyone in my office gets a coffee mug filled with this amazing cake courtesy of Jenny Nichols. It is best made in a glass 9x13 pan.
Pina Colada (Coconut) Cake
1 Box Moist Yellow Cake Mix
1 Can Coconut Cream
1 Can Eagle Brand Condensed Sweetened Milk
1 Large container of Cool Whip
1 Bag Shredded Coconut
Bake cake as instructed on box.
While the cake is still hot….
Take a straw and poke holes all over cake (all the way to the bottom of pan)
Pour can of Eagle Brand Condensed Sweetened Milk all over cake. .
Pour the can of Coconut Cream all over the cake.
Let cake cool completely.
Icing the cake with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle top with Coconut
(Then top with Cherries)(Optional)
Refrigerate and serve cold.
