Stuffed Deer Loin

We pulled out a whole loin from Chris' deer that he killed last year and made these little jewels. 

I marinated the loin for about 4 hours in Moore's, then I sliced and butterflied it.

Then I smeared on some Philadelphia Cream Cheese, I prefer the Chive and Onion flavor.


Next, I wrapped it in BACON!!!


Chris threw them on the grill till the bacon was done.  I almost didn't get a picture of the final results....


I don't care how much cream cheese you put in these things, it's never enough.  I think I've found a solution to that, but that's another blog for another day.
