1 box manicotti
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 package Mccormick seasonings for Chicken Marsala
Mozzarella cheese
Worcestershire sauce
Mix all the seasonings in with about 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, pour that over the chicken tenderloins in Tupperware, shake to coat and refrigerate at least an hour. You could do that in the morning, the longer it sits the better it will taste. Spoon just enough of the spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 pan to cover it. Slice the tenderloins in half lengthwise and stuff one into each (uncooked) manicotti shell. You may have left over chicken at the end, cut it up and stuff it into the manicotti shells where you can. Cover with tinfoil and bake this for about 40 minutes on 350.
Next you will need to grate the mozzarella, please do not but the bagged mozzarella, yuck. You can buy a block of mozzarella at Wal-Mart for about the same price as a bag. Cover the manicotti with the mozzarella. If you are a cheese lover, and I am, a little freshly grated parmesan goes great on top too. Put it back in the oven uncovered for another 15+ minutes. I left mine for 20 because I like my cheese a little brown.
